Parent Teacher Conferences

Elementary

Virtual:

• Virtual conferences will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  
• Please use the Appointment Schedule Link (sent in email 9/23/25) to sign up.
• If you would like a language interpreter present, please add that information in the sign up form 
• On the day of conferences, please use the Google Meet Link from your email to join your child’s conference.  

In-Person:

• In-person conferences will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at our building, located at 1865 W. 121st Avenue, Suite 100 in Westminster.   
• Appointments are still necessary for in-person conferences for elementary students. Please sign up using the Appointment Schedule Link and indicate if you will be attending in-person when signing up.

 

Secondary

Virtual:  

• Virtual conferences will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.  
• Please use the Appointment Schedule Link (sent in email 9/23/25) to sign up. 
• If you would like a language interpreter present, please add that information in the sign up form 
• On the day of conferences, please use the Google Meet Link from your email to join your child’s conference.  

In-Person:

• In-person conferences will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at our building, located at 1865 W. 121st Avenue, Suite 100 in Westminster.
