FSOA 3/12/23 Secondary Parent Communication

FSOA 3/12/23 Secondary Parent Communication

**This communication is for students in grades 6-12.  Information for our elementary students will be in a separate email.*

Dear FSOA Parents/Guardians and Students,

Please see important updates for this week below!

Parent Feedback Requested

We are requesting that each of our families complete a survey on our current learning model and frequency of classes.  Students will be taking a parallel survey in their math or English classes later this week, so these specific surveys are for parents/guardians only.   The survey has five questions and should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

To translate the survey in a language other than English, please follow these steps.

  • Click the link above to open the survey.

  • Right click anywhere on the form and several options will appear.

  • Click on “Translate” or “Translate to.”  Another box will appear in the upper right corner of the screen.

  • If the language you want to translate to does not appear, click on the three vertical dots and select “Choose another language.”

  • Click on the drop-down menu, choose the desired language, and click the “translate” button.

Please complete this survey prior to Spring Break.   We appreciate your feedback and willingness to partner with us as we continue to create an amazing educational experience for all of our students.
