FSOA Secondary Updates: 9/15/23

FSOA Secondary Updates: 9/15/23

**This communication is for students in grades 6-12.  Information for our elementary students will be in a separate email.*

Dear FSOA Parents/Guardians and Students,

Please see important updates for this week below!

Picture Retakes/Make Up and Student IDs

Studio 5 will be here on October 11th during Peer Engagement (8am to 12pm) for students who missed picture day or need picture retakes. Attending Peer Engagement is not mandatory to participate in the pictures, but we encourage you to join us for the fun. If you need to have picture retakes, please bring the package back and Studio 5 will retake the photo and resend a photo package to you.

This year student IDs are required for several activities including field trips. All students must have a FSOA student ID.    If your student doesn’t have an ID, please make plans to attend on October 11th between 8 - 12.

  • High school students can receive discounts when preparing for their future. This can include discounted course fees, post-graduation planning, scholarships, state and national testing (including SAT, ACT, AP and IB), and post-secondary enrollment.

  • Schools receive additional funding from the state to enhance the educational experience for all students.

  • Families can qualify for additional resources, such as medical, food and cash assistance, and discounted services like internet.

Milk Caps for Mooola Fundraiser

MILK CAPS for MOOOLA is a program sponsored by Longmont Dairy that helps students earn money for their school and students. Longmont Dairy milk caps are worth 5¢ each and are redeemable for cash by participating schools only. Bring your Longmont Dairy milk caps and put them in the collection box at the FSOA front office!
