Secondary First Week of School

Dear Secondary Students and Families, 

We are so excited for the school year to officially begin tomorrow. Our teachers are eager to meet your kids and get to know their names, strengths, and needs! Here are just a couple of reminders before school starts tomorrow:

Please ensure your child

• Has charged their Chromebook
• Knows how to log into Schoology
• Gets a good night sleep
• Eats breakfast

For TUESDAY Morning: 

As a reminder, tomorrow we will be following a unique schedule designed to kick off the year together, and then give students the opportunity to follow an abbreviated schedule and meet their teachers. Students should join our kickoff webinar by 8:15 AM.

FOR TUESDAY NIGHT: 

• Students will have the opportunity to meet their teachers and pick up supplies. 
• We will also be taking pictures and distributing student IDs.  Student IDs are required for all students.  
• This will be an open-house format; please join us anytime from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.

FOR WEDNESDAY: 

Class on Wednesday will follow a FULL DAY TUESDAY schedule.   Please reference the weekly and bell schedule here, and follow the times listed under Tuesday.  This is a change being implemented for this week only across all of Adams 12.  

Students will also need to access a curriculum & resource program called Edmentum this year.   Students should add it to their Dashboard, according to these instructions.   This needs to be completed by Wednesday.  This will also be shared at the whole school webinar.
