Learning Lab Changes
In order to ensure that all students in Learning Lab are supported and make progress throughout the day, we have some minor adjustments to our in-person structure.

Starting next week, when students arrive for Learning Lab, they will be paired with a teacher for the day. This teacher—their “captain for the day”—will help them navigate their time in Learning Lab and support them in staying on track with their work.

Students will still be able to seek help from specific content teachers as needed, but they will check in and out with their captain as well.
Practice PSAT/SAT
Five Star Online Academy is offering an in-person opportunity to practice for the PSAT 9, PSAT 10, and the SAT test. The dates are Monday, March 16, from 8:00 - 10:30 a.m. OR Friday, April 3, 12:00 - 2:30 p.m. If you would like to take a full practice test, please bring your Chromebook and charger on one of these dates. If you have questions, please contact Dr. GT.

Additionally, please have your students complete this survey by Friday, March 20th to let us know if you’d prefer a morning or afternoon testing session.
