You're Invited to Create, Celebrate, and Connect Night!

Join us for an evening of celebration and creativity at Create, Celebrate, and Connect Night on Thursday, April 2nd from 5:00–7:00 PM at Five Star Online Academy!

Join us for Craft, Celebrate, and Connect Night! This fun, family-friendly event celebrates student creativity by showcasing their artwork and academic achievements. Enjoy hands-on crafts, snacks, and drinks while bonding with the community.

We can’t wait to see you there!

Student Breakfast/Lunch Reminder

• Students can access breakfast and lunch during in-person opportunities through our new vending machines.  This will start with lunch on Monday, March 30th.  Please refer to the email titled “FSOA: Breakfast/Lunch Information 3.19.2026” for more details. 

Practice PSAT/SAT

• On Friday, April 3 from 12:00 - 2:30 we will be offering an optional in-person opportunity for students in grades 9-11 to take practice PSAT or SAT assessments. 

  • Please remember to bring your Chromebook and charger.

Upcoming State Testing

• Let’s show PHOENIX PRIDE for our school!   In the month of April, our students will participate in PSAT, SAT, MAP and/or CMAS depending on grade level.

• Please mark your calendars with our testing dates. These dates can be found on our important dates calendars (English / Spanish)

• Action Required for High School Students  

  • Please review these letters for additional information about the PSAT and SAT.   

    • SAT/CMAS Science (Grade 11)

    • PSAT (Grades 9 & 10)

  • Additionally, please have your students complete this survey, if they haven’t already done so, to let us know if you’d prefer a morning or afternoon testing session.

Continuation (5th and 8th Grade) and Student Awards

• Save the Date: We will hold an in-person ceremony to honor our students!  

  • The ceremony will take place on May 21st, 2026 at 6pm at the Educational Support Center (1500 E 128th Avenue, Thornton, CO 80241).     

  • We will be celebrating the continuation of our 5th and 8th grade students as they move onto the next step in their educational journey. 

  • In addition to celebrating continuation, we will also recognize our “Make a Difference” awards for elementary, middle and high school.
