Course Selection (Secondary)

Course selection for the Five Star Online Academy 2025-2026 school year is here! 

Students who are will be attending Five Star Online Academy for the 2025-2026 school year should request courses through the appropriate form below.

Our Timeline for High/Middle School Registration 2026-2027 School Year:

• January:  All students in grades 9-11 will receive general information on course selection and registration. School counselors will present in all 9th and 10th high school Advisory classes, and in our 11th Grade English classes, in order to cover this information.
• January 29:  9th Grade course selection in Advisory classes.
• February 3:  11th Grade course selection in English classes. 
• February 4:  Future Forward school counselors presenting during virtual and in-person Peer Engagement.
• February 5:  10th grade course selection in Advisory classes.
• February 12:  School counselors will follow-up with students who have not completed their course selection form in the Advisory classes.
• February 13th:  ALL COURSE SELECTION FORMS ARE DUE FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS.
• February 26:  Students in grades 6-8 will receive information on course selection and registration.
• February 27:  Outgoing 8th grade students will meet with school counselors from other district high schools to choose their classes for next school year.
• TBD:  School counselors will follow-up with middle school students who have not completed their course selection form.
• March 6:  High school students who indicated interest in a Future Forward program will meet virtually with a Future Forward counselor to begin the application process for their specific classes.  Middle school registration is also due by this day.
